テニスで豊かな人生を。こんにちは、New Normal Tennisの及川です。

テニスの時はいつもテニスバッグの中に入っている道具が２つあります。

１つは、目標や、立ち位置の目印として使うカラーコーン。

そしてもう１つがこれです。

テニスポインター（今、命名しました。）

レッスンする時に、サーブやストロークなどの打点を確認するのに使っています。
自分の左手でポインターを持って、右手のラケットで打点を確認します。

指示棒を、穴を空けたボールに差して作りました。

もう、とても長いこと使っています。
そして半年に１度くらい、壊れてしまいます。
その度に作り直しています。

使わない時は、このように、ネットに引っ掛けておけます。

もう、私にはなくてはならない道具です！！

今度、ボールの中に、小さな鈴を入れて音が鳴るようにバージョンアップさせたいと思っています。

Whenever I play tennis, there are two tools that I always keep in my tennis bag.

One is a colored cone that I use as a target or a marker for where we should stand.

And the other is this.

Tennis Pointer (I just named it haha)

I use it to check the hitting point of the serves and strokes when I do lessons.
I hold the pointer with my left hand and check the hitting point with the racket in my right hand.

I made the indicator stick by inserting it into a ball with a hole in it.

I’ve been using it for a very long time now.

And about once every six months, it breaks.
Each time, I rebuild it.

When not in use, I can hang it on a net like this.

It’s a convinient tool I can’t live without!

Now I want to upgrade it by putting a small bell inside the ball so that it makes a sound.
