最近、壁打ちテニスをする機会が増えてきました。
それは、緊急事態宣言のせいで、今まで通りにテニスコートが使えなくなってしまったからです。

でも、テニスコートだけが、テニスの場所ではないですね。

壁打ちテニスも楽しいです。

壁打ちテニスは、ボールが返ってくるタイミングが早いので
★速く動くことと、
★体幹を軸にスイングしていないとラリーが続きません。

とてもいい練習になるし
何よりも楽しいです。

きっと皆さんの家の近くにも、探せばあると思います。

とっておきの壁が！！

You have to move fast.
