球出し練習などに、とても便利です。
それから、これも使っています。
日本人には馴染みの深い、「でんでん太鼓」です。
※これは中国発祥だと、中国人プレーヤーに言われました。
体幹をしっかりつくり、腕、手をリラックスすることの重要性をこの太鼓を通して説明しています。
こういった小道具を使うことにより
快適に、便利に、分かりやすく、楽しく テニスをすることができます。

It can hold about 20 balls around your waist.
It’s very useful for ball launching practice.
I also use this.
This is called the “Denden Daiko”, which is a very familiar toy to Japanese people.
I use this toy to explain the importance of building a strong body core and relaxing our arms and hands.
The use of props such as these is very important.
These props make playing tennis comfortable, convenient, easy to understand, and fun.
